My interest in health and fitness during my junior year in high school. I enjoyed my fitness journey so much that I wanted to continue learning in college after discovery the field of Exercise Science. I enjoyed my coaching experience training freshman at the Citadel while prioritizing technique and safety whether it was one-on-one or in small groups. The best part is hearing that they achieved their goals. I want to continue to help people achieve their fitness goals and develop a passion for health and wellness.
