Fun & high energy indoor Cycling Class to music. Instructors can use their creativity to make each ride different; vary the terrain, vary the intensity through intervals/sprints, hills, flat roads, etc.

After a 20-minute power ride, strength train for 20 minutes then wrap it up with the final 20 minutes consisting of core work.
