Pilates The Pilates method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength without building bulk. It dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs, while building strength, improving flexibility, and creating a toned body. Plus, Pilates gets you in tune with your body by emphasizing proper breathing and correct spinal and pelvic alignment and it can help prevent injuries and alleviates ailments. Pilates is designed for everyone.
In order to experience Pilates fully, we recommend a combination of Mat Pilates and Personal Training on the Reformer and/or EXO Chair.
Allegro Reformer Maximize your time as you get a full body workout on the Reformer. We use spring resistance and assistance to create the long, lean muscle definition that we all desire, working every muscle group. We challenge the deep core muscles to improve your balance, gain strength, and enhance agility.

EXO Chair The new EXO Chair delivers a full-body workout. Workouts on the chair enhance stability, balance and body control. It is a great tool for all types of athletes for conditioning, and building upper and lower body strength.

Pilates Reformer Training will work for you. We offer mat-based pilates classes and machine-based classes for your young athlete. Reformer machines use spring resistance to achieve your fitness goals. Used by top athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB and the Olympics to increase strength, flexibility and prevent injury.

Each one (1) hour session will consist of 1/2 hour of mat training and 1/2 hour of reformer training with certified personal trainer through Balanced Body, Amy Cawthon. SPACE IS LIMITED!
Policies All group reformer participants must sign up for class 24 hours in advance. A 3 person minimum is required for group classes. If you are the only participant signed up, you will be notified 24 hours prior to class and given the option to have a private session. All packages expire in 3 months. There are no refunds for session not taken in a 3-month period.
To prevent a charge for a missed session a 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
