We understand that as you progress in your fitness capabilities, you may want to try new classes and styles. Typically, you would have to buy multiple memberships at multiple studios in multiple locations.

At Pivotal, our intention is to provide all the options you want under one roof. That’s why we bring the studios to you! We add specialty studios to our clubs with the latest equipment, hire the best Personal Trainers, and instructors available; and travel the world to find the latest in exercise physiology and fitness class training modalities.

Not only that, but dance is your one-stop-shop for a full workout focusing on cardiovascular endurance through choreography and dance, strength, and coordination. Sweat it out to fun, club-hot dance hits, cool it down with killer abs, and top it off with stretch.

One full hour of funky fun using floor exercises, the step, and light weights to strengthen, tone, and improve cardio conditioning.

Insanity is a metabolic blast of calorie-burning cardio; simple, fast and fun. Intervals may include a variety of athletic, core and strength moves. In the world of get-lean-fast you have 2 major allies: get strong, and incorporate high intensity intervals (HIITs). Insanity gives you both. Results driven, multi intensity; keep calm and get strong!

Developed by Biggest Loser Trainer, Jillian Michaels, Body Shred is a half hour of full body core and strength, done with enough speed to give you a cardio challenge. Slow it down if you want to focus on execution and technique; speed it up for an endurance challenge. Each class has four 6-minute intervals consisting of 3 minutes of resistance training for muscular conditioning followed by 2 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning intervals, then 1 minute of active recovery utilizing core focused exercises.

Body Pump is a 60-minute weight-based, full-body group-fitness program. Focus is on gaining muscle endurance through each 4-6 minute exercise track. Classes are pre-choreographed; each release should be identical at any facility. Equipment includes free weight plates, barbells, and the step.

Indoor cycling has surged in popularity in the past 2 decades because of its ease in entry and great results. Whether you are deconditioned or preparing for your Ironman, you will get an awesome ride in the same class. Class includes simulated terrain riding, drills, technique cues, and may include HIITS. This class is available in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions.

It’s all here in one hour: cycle, strength, and core. Great time-saver and the perfect mix for those who love their cycle workout.

Results Guaranteed! Barre is renowned for it’s benefits for toning, shaping, and long-term postural benefits; dancers always go ‘back to the barre’ to focus on foundation. Class is both low impact and fast paced challenging hips and thighs, glutes and abs, shoulders and arms. Pilates based, your muscles will be challenged as they elongate resulting in long, strong muscles and a graceful carriage.

The ultimate Barre workout! Kick it up a notch and become a lean, mean Barre machine! You will be empowered with strength and cardio and get amazing results. Break a sweat, burn major calories and watch your body transform.

Whether the mat sequence is Prescribed Series (the Series in the order Joseph Pilates dictated) or free-form, Pilates mat is an awesome foundation for your strength, and posture. The habits you develop are transferrable to any class you take and into daily life. The core is activated and organized before each movement so that movement is generated starting at the core, moving then to the limbs.

This slower flow allows for postures and transitions to be broken down and explored in greater detail. Both new and seasoned practitioners will access hidden strength, flexibility and peace of mind. Fundamental workouts like this are not meant to be a place you graduate from, but a place to survey and re-investigate your foundation. Classroom is heated to 78 - 80 degrees.

Vinyasa 60 is the hour version of our signature vinyasa yoga class fusing complexity, simplicity, strength, length, steadiness and ease. Class is flow/vinyasa based to develop strength and stamina while embracing flexibility and grace. Vinyasa 75 features a longer Savasana and extra sequencing. Classroom is heated to 78-80 degrees.

Solar Flow combines the heat-building structure of Warrior Flow with a gently heated (85 degree) room. The external heat boosts the mobilizing and detoxifying elements of the Flow practice. Prior experience with Vinyasa or Flow Yoga is strongly recommended.

Warrior Flow practices begin with a brief warm up, followed by sun salutations to build heat in the body. Once the internal fire has been stoked, a strong standing sequence will challenge stability and increase mobility. The class will wrap with seated postures, backbends and inversions to cultivate an overall sense of steadiness and ease in the body. Some prior experience with yoga is recommended. Room is heated to 90 degrees.

Hot Yoga classes are heated up to 104 degrees. The external heat is balanced with a practice that encourages stillness and strength, both physically and mentally. The stillness allows for easy modification for all fitness levels, and the heat presents a challenge to the mind while opening the body. Hot Yoga is also excellent for those with wrist and shoulder injuries who cannot safely enjoy a flow/vinyasa practice. Come to class hydrated and bring water and a towel for your mat.

Accessible to all levels, Deep Stretch will incorporate a variety of styles and techniques to encourage mobility and increase flexibility. The stillness required to open the body has a great impact on the nervous system as well, reducing stress and improving mental clarity.

REDZONE workouts promise measurable real results. Through Heart Rate Monitored Training you will work in the Proper Heart Rate Zone to guarantee the AFTER BURN EFFECT. Your coached workout consists of cardio, strength training, suspension training, and core training using a variety of equipment to keep each workout fresh which translates into lasting results. Fire up your metabolic flame smarter in our Cross Training program featuring athletic conditioning designed to improve strength, fitness, as well as specific skills. Variety is always built in through our WODs (Workout of the Days). Led by nationally certified trainers who have multiple specialty certifications which include but are not limited to kettlebells, strength, core training, and much more, this program will deliver results in a small group setting which fosters team building and camaraderie.
